Damn, that was a doozy. I went to sleep as soon as I posted that last post and I just woke up now. I still have some pretty awful visual risiduals left and the left side of my face has developed a twitch. Oh, and I'm still dizzy as hell. Why do I never pay attention to that warning sign? I really ought to start...

So... yeah. It's probably good that I went to bed when I did, else I'd probably be in the hospital right now. It's really a rare thing when I still have left over stupid-body-stuff after I sleep. I hope it doesn't get worse again. I'd rather not incurr the wrath of the ER at this point.

Sorry again about this, guys. Next year, I'll stay up until 1pm to make up for the missed time this year. Heading back over to zarhooie now...

Hey guys, my migraine has gotten to the point where I can't see so hot anymore. I am going to have to respectfully bow out of the remainder of this year's Blogathon. I stayed up as late as I could, but I just.... too much. I can't stay up anymore. I am so sorry.

So excited about Haiku Power Hour! We're going to start on the next posting cycle. C'mon, all the cool kids are doing it. :)

Soooo... shadowwolf13 and I are pondering doing a Haiku Power Hour! 5 posts, one every ten minutes, for an hour, each containing an original Haiku. Anyone else interested? We'll start at 2:00.

I can has tacos! I can also has incorrect order, and a Very Long Wait to get said tacos. I almost didn't get back in time to make my 12:30 post!

I shit you not, some loony actually GOT OUT OF HER CAR in the drive through and yelled at the window people! *fumes*

My incorrect order-ness is because I ordered four tacos and only got three. I'm cranky now. I wasn't going to complain to the management, but they took my tacos so now I will. This sucks. :-/

Anyway, I'm going to finish eating now. Mmmm.... tacos.

What kind of music do you like? Do you do anything music related?

Well, I like lots of stuff. I like irish punk (Dropkick Murphys, Flogging Molly), celtic rock (Runrig!), Sea shanty pop (like Great Big Sea, kinda), and Roger Clyne. Ooooh, I like Roger Clyne.

I used to sing as part of an in-home concert group called EklektiJam. Here's the business card I designed for it. Basically, you'd sign up, and then a group of 7-12 musicians would come to your house and put on a show. :) All you had to do as the host was invite people and provide snacks and drinks. It was really fun. I did that for about 2 years.

I don't sing much anymore because I don't have much of a chance to. I really ought to start... Maybe I'll phone-post later. :)

So I don't know if y'all've caught on yet, but I'm a comic book geek. I loveloveLOVE Warren Ellis (of NextWAVE and Transmet) as well as Phil and Kaja Foglio of Girl Genius. The costume is the one I wore for their halloween contest. I won. :)

Jason and I are going to get tacos in an hour! I'm very excited. I loooooove tacos!

I'm trying to come up with Exciting! and Interesting! topics to write about, but I'm comin' up with nothing. I may end up wandering around the house, collecting foodstuffs to review. We have fresh cukes in the fridge, the curry that I made earlier, several kinds of ice cream.... I could do that. :) We'll see how I'm feeling after this next hour....

Indian green cadamom, organic california walnuts, dried plums, venezuelan dark chocolate

Smell: Ooo... smells like someone was cooking curry in a chocolate factory
Taste: First hit is deep, bitter dark chocolate immediately followed by a hit of cardamom. As the chocolate begins to quickly melt, your tongue can feel little bits and pieces floating. You bite down on one, and get a hint of nuttiness mixing with the chocolate and spice. You bite down on another one, and your mouth is filled with the slightly tart, fruity flavor of the plums. Everything is distinct, and yet, it all melds perfectly.
Aftertaste: The chocolate and the cardamom are very much present, especially in my sinuses. The plum and walnut mostly fade after the first bite.

Jason doesn't like this one.

When Rosario Dawson started dancing to ABC, everyone in our house was completely entranced. They were just... perfect. Whoa.
